Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Marina Morena pieces! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned with the hygiene liner intact and in its original condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without its hygiene liner.

We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear and avoiding makeup, lotions, or deodorant that could transfer onto the garment.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at management@marinamorenaswim.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, you're welcome to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order, subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at management@marinamorenaswim.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
