Shipping & Delivery
We’re so excited to get your Marina Morena pieces to you! All orders are carefully
packed and shipped from Hawai’i.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package along the way. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Marina Morena is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We’re always happy to help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Marina Morena is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships.
